privacy policy

kaiosocial (“kaiosocial,” “i,” “me”) is a creative studio run by jewel kaio in columbus, georgia. this policy explains what information i collect through kaiosocial.studio, how i use it, and the choices you have. i keep it simple: i only collect what i need to do great work for you, and i never sell your information.

what i collect

when you send an inquiry through the contact form, i collect your first and last name, email, business name, website or instagram, the services you’re interested in, your monthly budget, your goals and how you heard about kaiosocial.

when you use the client portal (clients only), i collect:

• your login email and password. passwords are handled by a secure login system, and i can’t see them.
• your profile details: business name, contact name, phone number and website.
• social media access details you choose to share, such as your instagram handle, facebook page and tiktok login. account passwords are stored encrypted.
• notes you leave me and files you upload, such as logos, brand colors and fonts.
• a record of when you first sign in, so i know your workspace is ready.

automatically, like most websites, the site and its host may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device and pages visited, using essential cookies and similar technologies.

how i use it

• to reply to your inquiry and talk about working together.
• to deliver the services in our agreement: planning, creating, posting and reporting on your content.
• to run your client portal: tracking onboarding, sharing files, analytics reports and invoices.
• to send invoices and keep basic business records.
• to keep the site secure and working properly.

i don’t use your information for advertising, and i don’t sell or rent it to anyone.

your social media accounts

if you share login details or give me access through meta business suite, i use that access only to do the work we agreed on. i won’t change your passwords, contact your followers outside the scope of our work, or share your access with anyone else. when our work together ends, i’ll remove my access and delete any stored login details. you’re welcome to change your passwords at any time, and i recommend doing so when we wrap up.

how long i keep it

inquiries are kept for up to two years so i can follow up and keep records. client portal information is kept while we work together and for a reasonable time after, as needed for business and tax records. stored social media login details are deleted when our work ends.

your choices

you can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information i have about you. just email jewel@kaiosocial.studio. clients can also update their profile directly in the portal. you can set your browser to block cookies, though parts of the site, like portal sign-in, may not work without them.

keeping it safe

i use secure, reputable services and limit access to your information to what’s needed for our work. no system is perfectly secure, but i take care to protect what you share with me.

kids

kaiosocial is for businesses and adults. i don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

changes

if i update this policy, i’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. for big changes that affect current clients, i’ll let you know directly.
